Born in La Spezia, Italy in 1978, Alice Angeletti studied

classical languages and egyptology in Pisa (Italy) and

Tübingen (Germany). Her extensive photography training

includes courses with Rudy Pessina in Pisa, Giuliana Traverso

in Genoa (Italy) as well as with Tilman Rösch

and Gunter Weckwarth-Sänger in Tübingen (Germany).

She studied at the HBK (University of Arts) in Braunschweig

in the classes of M. Brynntrup and C.Schnitt,

and in the spring of 2015 she studied at the University of Art

in Malmö (Sweden). In 2016 she graduated with distinction

and 2016/17 she was a Meisterschülerin in C. Schnitt's class.

She was sponsored by the Deutschland Stipendium in 2014.

She has been curating screenings for the Filmforum

at the HBK Braunschweig (Germany) and for different cinemas,

focusing on female filmmakers.

As Meisterschülerin she studied one term

at the University of Art „La Esmeralda“

in A. Di Castro Stringher's class in Mexico City.
